Healing is an act of resistance and a practice of joy

Our Afro Wellness Series centers community care through accessible health resources, traditional practices, and modern healing. From acupuncture and herbal medicine to dance, yoga, and rest circles, each event reminds us that wellness belongs to everyone.

At the Village

  • We Offer free and low-cost wellness events led by Black and Brown practitioners.

  • We provide space for education, rest, and reconnection.

  • We share wellness kits and herbal care guides with families.

  • We host seasonal gatherings that celebrate body, mind, and spirit.
